Price: $275 for active UNC members (Includes the full CUA Scientific Program), $375 for non-members

Description: Please note, the CUA room block at the Fairmont is now fully booked.* While the CUA always plans for the maximum number of rooms at the headquarter hotel, June is a very busy time for tourism, and because of our lower-than-standard rate, there is a cap on rooms the hotel allows us to hold. However, there are overflow hotel options available that are conveniently located within walking distance from the conference center (see below). Thank you for your understanding.

*The hotel can also put your name on a waiting list, as from time-to-time, rooms might become available if cancelled or released by other delegates. Please contact the Fairmont Empress directly at 250-384-8111.

There are still rooms available at both the MARRIOTT VICTORIA INNER HARBOUR, 728 Humboldt Street Victoria, British Columbia V8W 3Z5 and DELTA HOTELS VICTORIA OCEAN POINTE RESORT, 100 Harbour Rd, Victoria, BC V9A 0G1.

Registration fees will be fully reimbursed in the event that for any reason the conference does not take place. If someone needs to cancel their registration they may do so up until June 15th and will be reimbursed their fee minus a $20 processing fee. After June 15th there will be no reimbursements of fees for cancelled registrations.
