Guaranteed reservations must be cancelled 72 hours prior to your arrival.
All individual reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card at the time of the booking. If guests do not show up, a penalty of a one-night’s room rate plus applicable taxes will be charged.
Early Departure Fee: An early departure fee of $100 will apply if a group attendee checks out prior to the confirmed check-out date.

Registration fees will be fully reimbursed in the event that, for any reason, the conference does not take place. If someone needs to cancel their registration, they may do so up until June 15th and will be reimbursed their fee minus a $20 processing fee. After June 15th there will be no reimbursements of fees for cancelled registrations.
