Registration fees will be fully reimbursed in the event that, for any reason, the conference does not take place. If a delegate needs to cancel their registration, they may do so up until June 5th and will be reimbursed their fee minus a 25% adminstration fee. After June 5th there will be no reimbursements of fees for cancelled registrations.
